CAD / CAM
Your full ceramic tooth replacement, whether crowns, bridges or inlays, manufactured in the Dentaprime dental clinic, a high-tech system – made in Germany! As a patient, you benefit from the following advantages:
- Perfect stability
- Highest precision
- Wonderful aesthetics
This is how it works:
In case of a bridge or prosthesis, your Dentaprime dentist takes an impression of the tooth structure. This impression is scanned into a three-dimensional computer model. In the computer, the dental technician develops the model for the tooth replacement in a way that it will perfectly fit into the teeth:

You can see the scanner on the left. The computer’s display, on which the model is rendered, is on the right.
In case of crowns and inlays, taking impressions is dropped, because a camera makes digital images, which the computer changes into a three-dimensional image.
Subsequently, the computer transfers the three-dimensional model to a milling robot, which moulds the tooth replacement out of a massive ceramic block:

However, despite the support by computers and robots, just like in old times, one cannot do without the handcraft of an experienced dental technician when manufacturing the perfect full ceramic tooth replacement. He calibrates and controls the equipment and gives the final handcraft touch.

Your Dentaprime dental clinic disposes of the most modern high-tech: the KaVo Everest and the Sirona Cerec System. With the help of these facilities, experienced dental technicians manufacture their tooth replacement from full ceramic – with the highest precision for a perfect aesthetic and functional result. Everything under one roof – this short route enables direct tuning between dentist and dental technician.
