CAD / CAM

At the Dentaprime Dental Clinic tooth replacements of full ceramic, be they crowns, bridges or inlays, are produced with a high-technology system that is made in Germany. As a patient you profit from the following advantages:

  • Perfect Stability
  • Highest Precision
  • Wonderful Aesthetic Appearance

Here is how it works:

For bridges or dentures your Dentaprime dentist makes an impression of your current dental situation. This impression is then scanned to produce a three-dimensional computer image. The dental technician uses this image to form the tooth replacement on the computer. In a manner that ensures a perfect fit into the rest of your teeth:

On the left you see the scanner, on the right is the computer screen on which the replacement model is calculated.

Impressions are not necessary for crowns or inlays since a camera produces digital pictures which are transformed into three-dimentional images by the computer program.

Afterwards the computer transfers the 3D image to a milling robot which chisels the tooth replacement out of a massive ceramic block:

In spite of the assistance of computer and robot, the art and experience of a skilled dental technician cannot be dispensed with. Its the technician who calibrates the equipment and provides the final touch of the artisan.

Your Dentaprime Dental Clinic uses the most advanced high-tech equipment: The KaVo Everest and the Sirona Cerec System. Using these systems, experienced dental technicians produce your tooth replacements with the highest precision for an aesthetically and functionally perfect result. Everything under one roof - the short distances make immediate consultation between dentist and dental technician possible. This type of flexibility makes it possible in many cases to finish all necessary work for dentures with a single week's stay in Varna!
