The Dentaprime Dental Clinic receives prestigious German TÜV certificate

Dental clinic receives certification for its quality management system from the German Association for Technical Inspection (TÜV).

Varna, June 2008. The Dentaprime Dental Clinic receives certification for its quality management system under DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 from the TÜV Northern. This entitles the establishment to use the prestigious TÜV seal from now on.

The Dentaprime Clinic, opened in 2006 on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, is one of the most modern dental clinics in Europe and specialises in implants and cosmetic dentistry. For two whole days independent investigators thoroughly examined the Dentaprime Clinic. In all areas of the establishment the experts investigated whether the clinic’s quality management system meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Their unanimous findings: Dentaprime is maintaining the high quality standards and is fulfilling all conditions of certification by TÜV Northern. “We are pleased about the award”, the clinic’s medical head, Dr. Regina Schindjalova stated. “Right from the opening in June 2006 we have placed much importance on our quality management system. Certification now officially reinforces our efforts and our high in-house quality standards.”

With TÜV certification the Dentaprime Clinic is differentiated from many other dental establishments, since only a limited number have so far been granted certification. “Patients should make sure that their dentist is certified by an established inspection authority such as the TÜV or Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance”, Dr. Schindjalova advises. “Certification constitutes a meaningful indicator in the complicated area of dentistry.”

At the Dentaprime Clinic the quality management system affects all areas.
