Definitions

For the purposes of present document, the defined terms are to be interpreted consistently as follows:

Promotion” means the time-limited offer described in these Terms (including its eligibility, validity period, scope of services and booking rules) under which an Examination (as specified in these Terms) may be provided on the stated conditions relating to commencement of treatment.

“You” / “the Patient” means the individual consumer who registers, books and/or attends the Examination and, where applicable, enters into a treatment agreement with Dentaprime under these Terms. References to “you” include any person acting on your behalf with your authority for booking/administration purposes.

“Dentaprime” / “Dentaprime UK” / “the Clinic” / “we/us/our” means Dentaprime UK PLC, Company No. 08654069, with registered office at 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, London WC2H 7DQ and clinic at Cooperage Yard, Sugar House Island, London E15 2QR, together with its authorised staff and contractors acting for the provision of the Examination and any treatment.

1. Promoter & Clinic

1.1. Promoter: Dentaprime UK PLC, Company No. 08654069, registered office: 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, London WC2H 7DQ, email: service.uk@dentaprime.com, tel: +44 208 123 96 45  (the “Promoter”).

1.2. The Promotion runs from 18/02/2026 – 31/05/2026 (inclusive) or until examination appointment capacity is reached, at Dentaprime UK clinic – Cooperage Yard, Sugar House Island, London E15 2QR.

2. Eligibility (Who can use it). 

2.1.  The Offer is available for new patients only (no prior treatment plan or completed treatment with Dentaprime UK).

2.2. The Offer applies to all types of dental treatment offered by the Clinic.

2.3. The Offer is one-time, personal and non-cash (cannot be transferred or paid out in money) and can be combined with other Dentaprime promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.Promotion Mechanism (What the Offer provides)

3.1. To use the Promotion, the Patient must book and attend an Examination appointment at the Dentaprime UK clinic. At the time of booking, the Patient must pay a booking deposit to secure the appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling and any refund of the booking deposit before attendance are subject to the Clinic’s standard cancellation policy. 

3.2. Under this Promotion, the Examination (including the services specified in these Terms) is provided without charge to the Patient, subject to the conditions of this Section 3. 

3.3. If the Patient decides to proceed and starts treatment with Dentaprime UK, the booking deposit paid under clause 3.1 shall be deducted from the first treatment invoice. 

3.4. For the purposes of these Terms, “start of treatment” means that the Patient signs a treatment agreement and treatment commences in accordance with the treatment plan issued following the Examination. [If applicable: Treatment must commence within 14 calendar days of the treatment plan being issued; otherwise, the promotional benefit may no longer apply.] The decision whether to proceed with treatment remains entirely at the Patient’s discretion. 

3.5. If, after attending the Examination, the Patient decides not to start treatment, the booking deposit shall be refunded to the Patient, provided the Examination appointment was attended in accordance with these Terms and no exclusion under the Clinic’s cancellation policy applies. 

3.6. The Patient will be treated as having “decided not to start treatment” once the Patient has attended the post-Examination consultation meeting, has been presented with the proposed treatment plan, has had a reasonable opportunity to review it either at the Clinic or at home, and has communicated their decision clearly to the Clinic.  

3.7.  If a significant clinical change requires a  revised plan, the credit applies to services that overlap/equate with the original plan or, if none, to the first procedure under the new plan. Any revised plan will be discussed with you, and no treatment will proceed without your informed consent. 

4. Booking Conditions.

 4.1. Standard Dentaprime UK booking, cancellation and rescheduling terms apply (see: https://www.dentaprime.co.uk/). These terms, including any conditions relating to deposit refunds or late-cancellation charges, are provided to the Patient at the time of booking.

5. Transparency & errors.

5.1. All amounts are shown in GBP as gross amounts (inclusive of VAT, where applicable), and are clearly presented under UK consumer law.

5.3. The Clinic may correct obvious errors/omissions and may amend/withdraw the Promotion for legal, clinical, technical or capacity reasons. Any changes will be communicated clearly and will not adversely affect Patients who have already booked under the Promotion.

5.4. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect accrued rights.

6. Data protection.

6.2. The Promotion may be advertised via external platforms. In such occasions that platform’s Terms and Privacy Policy apply to data it processes; the Promoter is an independent controller only for data it collects directly.

6.3.  Marketing communications are sent only with the data subjects’ separate opt-in consent under UK GDPR/PECR. The data subject can withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Law & complaints

7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer right to bring proceedings in the UK nation where you live.

8. Clinical Independence

All clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment recommendations are made independently by qualified dental professionals, based solely on the Patient’s oral health needs. Participation in the Promotion does not influence clinical decision-making.
