TERMS & CONDITIONS – DentaPrime UK Referral Campaign

1. Eligibility

The campaign is open to current and former patients of DentaPrime UK who are 18 years of age or older.

This campaign is not open to employees of Dentaprime UK or their immediate family members.

2. How to Refer a Friend

To make a referral, you must recommend a relative, friend, or acquaintance who has never attended a consultation or received treatment at Dentaprime UK

The referred person must:

  • Schedule and attend an initial consultation;
  • Sign a treatment contract;
  • Provide your unique referral code at the time of booking or at their first visit, before treatment begins.

3. Reward

For each successful referral, you will receive one (1) free teeth cleaning (ultrasonic scaling and polishing) if the patient is undergoing active treatment, or a Regular hygiene check-up (examination, X-Ray and ultrasonic scaling and polishing) if the referred person has completed treatment. To claim your reward, you must contact the clinic to book your appointment. The reward can only be redeemed by the original referring patient and is not transferable.

The reward:

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • Must be used within 1 year from the start of the referred patient’s treatment;
  • Is subject to appointment availability and must be booked in advance.

4. Limitations

Referrals made after the campaign deadline will not be considered. The campaign is valid until 31/08/2025.

DentaPrime UK reserves the right to reject any referral it deems fraudulent, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.

Each participant may make multiple referrals, but Dentaprime UK reserves the right to limit the number of rewards per person.

A referral is only considered successful once the referred person has signed a treatment contract and has commenced treatment.

Dentaprime UK may require verification before issuing any reward.

5. How to Submit a Referral

Referrals can be submitted through a referral form or link (if available).

6. Data Protection

The name of the referring person may be stored for internal administrative purposes, but will not be published or shared publicly.

The referral process will not involve disclosure of any treatment status or personal data of the referred person to the referrer.

7. General Terms

DentaPrime UK reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign and these terms at any time without prior notice.

All changes will be published on the official clinic website. Any modifications will not affect rewards already earned before the date of the change.
