Two Patients, One Deposit – Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 16 July 2026 

This promotion is offered by Dentaprime UK PLC, trading as Dentaprime, with its principal office located at 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, WC2H 7DQ, London, UK, and applies at clinic’s location Cooperage Yard, Sugar House Island, London E15 2QR (further referred as “Clinic”, “we”). 

  1. Overview

We offer a comprehensive dental examination service, including consultation, diagnostics and treatment planning. 

The standard fee for this examination is £249 per patient. 

  

Under this offer, two patients can book an examination by paying one refundable Appointment Deposit of £49.50. Each patient will receive a separate examination based on their individual clinical needs. 

The examination is free of charge, provided that at least one of the patients attends and completes their booked appointment.  

 

  1. How theDepositWorks 
  • To secure your appointment, we normally ask for a refundable appointment deposit of £49.50. Only one deposit is payable for both appointments.This deposit is not a treatment fee. 
  • This amount will be fully refunded after the first patient attends and completes their examination, provided the conditions in these Terms are met. 
  • The deposit will be refunded regardless of whether either patient chooses to proceed with treatment. 
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after the appointment.The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the patient’s bank or payment provider. 
  • The deposit is used to reserve clinical time and appointment capacity for both patients. 
  • The deposit does not require either patient to proceed with treatment. 
  1. Promotional period

 This promotion is available for appointments booked between 20 July 2026 and 31 July 2026. Both patients’ appointments must be booked during that period. The appointments do not need to take place on the same date or at the same time. 

 

  1. Attendance

To take part in the promotion: 

  • At least one of the patients must attend and complete their scheduled appointment. 
  • The deposit will be refunded after the first patient attends and completes their examination. 
  • Once the deposit has been refunded, any later appointment for the second patient will remain subject to the Clinic’s usual cancellation and deposit policy. 

 

  1. Non-Attendance and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. 

If either patient needs to change their appointment, they may reschedule at no additional cost by giving at least 72 hours’ notice before the appointment time. 

If one patient cancels or changes their appointment, this will not automatically cancel the other patient’s appointment. 

The Appointment Deposit is not refundable if both patients cancel their appointments or fail to attend, including where one patient cancels and the other fails to attend. 

Appointments that are missed, cancelled or changed with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a new Appointment Deposit before another appointment can be booked, unless the Clinic agrees otherwise because of exceptional circumstances. 

If the Clinic cancels either appointment, the affected patient will be offered a replacement appointment. If the cancellation means that neither patient can complete an examination, or if the payer does not wish to retain the remaining booking, the deposit will be refunded. 

Thank you for your understanding — these timeframes help us manage our schedule and serve all patients fairly. 

 

  1.  Scope of the Examination

The examination may include: 

  • Clinical assessment 
  • Imaging (e.g. CT scan, X-rays if required) 
  • Treatment planning and recommendations 

The exact scope may vary depending on clinical needs. 

 

  1.  No Obligation to Proceed

Neither patient is required to accept, book or start treatment in order to receive the promotional examination.  

Each patient’s examination, clinical recommendations and decision about treatment will be handled independently. One patient’s treatment decision will not affect the other patient’s examination.  

 

  1.  Additional Costs
  • Any treatment recommended following the examination will be quoted separately. 
  • The Appointment Deposit does not cover treatment costs. 

 

  1. Changes to This Offer

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. 

‘Confirmed booking’ means a booking for which the Clinic has received the Appointment Deposit and issued an appointment confirmation. 

 

  1.  Law & Complaints

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

10.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any statutory right of a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation in which they reside.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. 

 

  1. Clinical Independence

11.1. All clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment recommendations are made independently by qualified dental professionals. 

11.2. Clinical decisions are based solely on the patient’s individual oral health needs and professional judgement. 

11.3. Participation in this promotion does not influence, and shall not be interpreted as influencing, any clinical decision-making.
