PMMA Bridge Inclusion Offer – Terms & Conditions

  1. Overview

1.1. The promoter of this offer is Dentaprime UK Plc, company registration number: 08654069 , whose registered office is at 10 Orange Street, Haymarket, London WC2H 7DQ (Dentaprime UK) . 

1.2. Dentaprime UK is offering a limited package inclusion for eligible patients booking full-jaw implant treatment in June 2026. 

1.3. Under this offer, PMMA bridges will be included in the applicable package price and will not be charged separately, subject to these Terms. 

1.4. The standard separate price of a PMMA bridge is £1,495 per jaw. Eligible patients may therefore save £1,495 per jaw where a PMMA bridge would otherwise be charged separately. 

 

  1. Offer Period

2.1. This offer is valid from 1 June 2026 until 30 June 2026 inclusive. 

2.2. To qualify, the patient must both:
a) book their examination in June 2026; and
b) book their treatment in June 2026.

2.3. Treatment must also be scheduled to take place in June 2026, unless Dentaprime UK confirms otherwise in writing due to clinical or operational availability. 

 

  1. Patient Limit

3.1. This offer is available to the first 100 eligible patients who meet the conditions in these Terms. 

3.2. Eligibility is determined by the date and time at which the patient’s treatment booking is confirmed by Dentaprime UK. 

3.3. Once 100 eligible bookings have been confirmed, the offer will close and Dentaprime UK will not continue to advertise the offer as available. 

 

  1. What Is Included

4.1. For eligible patients, PMMA bridges required as part of the relevant treatment package will be included in the package price. 

4.2. The PMMA bridge inclusion applies per eligible jaw. 

4.3. Where both jaws qualify, the saving may be £2,990 in total, being £1,495 per jaw. 

 

  1. What Is Not Included

5.1. This offer applies only where PMMA bridges are clinically recommended and included in the patient’s written treatment plan for eligible full-jaw implant treatment. 

5.2. The offer does not apply automatically to every patient, treatment, material, procedure or prosthetic solution. 

5.3. Any additional or alternative treatment required for clinical reasons will be explained and quoted separately before being carried out. 

5.4. This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or applied to unrelated treatment. 

 

  1. Clinical Suitability

6.1. Clinical decisions are made independently by qualified dental professionals, based on the professional assessment of patient’s individual oral health needs. 

6.3. Booking an appointment or treatment does not automatically mean that this offer will apply. The offer applies only where PMMA bridges are clinically appropriate and included in the patient’s written treatment plan.  

6.4. If PMMA bridges are not clinically appropriate, Dentaprime will explain the available alternatives and provide a personalised treatment plan and quotation. 

 

  1. Savings Claim

7.1. The stated saving of £1,495 per jaw is based on the standard separate charge for a PMMA bridge. 

7.2. The saving only applies where a PMMA bridge would otherwise form part of the patient’s treatment package and be charged separately. 

7.3. The actual saving depends on the patient’s clinical needs and final written treatment plan. 

 

  1. Booking, Cancellation and Changes

8.1. The offer applies only to eligible treatment bookings confirmed during the Offer Period and while the 100-patient limit remains available. 

8.2. If a patient cancels, postpones or materially changes their treatment booking so that the eligibility conditions are no longer met, Dentaprime UK may withdraw the offer for that patient. 

8.3. If Dentaprime UK needs to change an appointment for operational or clinical reasons, this will not automatically affect the patient’s eligibility, provided the original booking met these Terms. 

 

  1. Other Offers

9.1. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or special offer unless Dentaprime UK confirms this in writing. 

 

  1. Changes to This Offer

10.1. Dentaprime UK may amend or withdraw this offer where necessary, including for operational, clinical, regulatory or other reasonable business reasons. 

10.2. Any amendment or withdrawal will be made by updating these Terms on Dentaprime UK’s website and, where appropriate, updating related campaign materials. 

10.3. Any amendment or withdrawal will take effect from the date it is published, unless a later date is stated. 

10.4. Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect eligible bookings already confirmed before the amendment or withdrawal takes effect. 

 

  1. Law & Complaints

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

11.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any statutory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in the courts of the country or territory in which they are habitually resident, where such rights apply.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Free Examination Terms & Conditions

  1. Overview

We offer a comprehensive dental examination service, including consultation, diagnostics and treatment planning. 

The standard fee for this examination is £249. 

Under this offer, the examination is free of charge, provided you attend and complete your booked appointment. 

 

  1. How the Refund Works

  • To secure your appointment, we normally ask for a refundable appointment deposit of £49.50.  
  • This deposit is not a treatment fee. 
  • This amount will be fully refunded after your appointment, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with treatment, provided the conditions below are met. 
  1. Promotional period 

During the promotional period from 18 May 2026 to 31 May 2026, no appointment deposit is required.  

During this period, the examination remains free of charge. 

  1. Refund Conditions

  • To qualify for a full refund: 
  • You must attend your scheduled appointment. 
  • The appointment must be completed as planned. 
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after your visit. 
  1. Non-Attendance and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. 

You can receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours before your appointment time. 

If you need to change your appointment, you’re welcome to reschedule at no additional cost as long as you rebook at least 72 hours before your appointment. 

Appointments that are missed or changed outside these timeframes are not eligible for a refund. 

Thank you for your understanding — these timeframes help us manage our schedule and serve all customers fairly. 

  1. Scope of the Examination

The examination may include: 

  • Clinical assessment 
  • Imaging (e.g. CT scan, X-rays if required) 
  • Treatment planning and recommendations 
  • The exact scope may vary depending on clinical needs. 
  1. No Obligation to Proceed

There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment following your examination. 

Your refund eligibility is not dependent on accepting or starting treatment. 

  1. Additional Costs

  • Any treatment recommended following the examination will be quoted separately. 
  • The examination fee does not cover treatment costs.  
  1. Diagnostic Records and Imaging

As part of Dentaprime’s clinical assessment process, diagnostic imaging may include CBCT scans and X-rays.
These diagnostics are included where the patient proceeds with the recommended treatment plan.
Patients have the right to request access to their personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
Where copies of diagnostic imaging files or clinical materials are requested and require additional processing, preparation or administrative work beyond a standard data access request, Dentaprime reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover these costs. 

Fee for diagnostic records (if treatment is not undertaken): 

*Treatment is started after any procedure from your treatment plan has been performed at Dentaprime UK. 

CBCT scan + X-ray: £198 GBP 

  1. Changes to This Offer

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. 

Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. 

  1. Law & Complaints

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. 

  1. Clinical Independence

12.1. All clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment recommendations are made independently by qualified dental professionals. 

12.2. Clinical decisions are based solely on the Patient’s individual oral health needs and professional judgement. 

12.3. Participation in this Promotion does not influence, and shall not be interpreted as influencing, any clinical decision-making.
