We offer a comprehensive dental examination service, including consultation, diagnostics and treatment planning.
The standard fee for this examination is £249.
This fee is fully refundable, subject to the conditions below.
2. How the Refund Works
- You will be required to pay £49.50 in advance to book your examination.
- This amount will be fully refunded after your appointment, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with treatment, provided the conditions below are met.
3. Refund Conditions
To qualify for a full refund:
- You must attend your scheduled appointment.
- The appointment must be completed as planned.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days after your visit.
4. Non-Attendance and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
You can receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking.
If you need to change your appointment, you’re welcome to reschedule at no additional cost as long as you rebook at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Appointments that are missed or changed outside these timeframes are not eligible for a refund.

5. Scope of the Examination
The examination may include:
- Clinical assessment
- Imaging (e.g. CT scan, X-rays if required)
- Treatment planning and recommendations
The exact scope may vary depending on clinical needs.
6. No Obligation to Proceed
There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment following your examination.
Your refund eligibility is not dependent on accepting or starting treatment.
7. Additional Costs
- Any treatment recommended following the examination will be quoted separately.
- The examination fee does not cover treatment costs.
8. Changes to This Offer
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
9. Law & Complaints
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any statutory right of a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation in which they reside.

10.1. All clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment recommendations are made independently by qualified dental professionals.
10.2. Clinical decisions are based solely on the Patient’s individual oral health needs and professional judgement.
10.3. Participation in this Promotion does not influence, and shall not be interpreted as influencing, any clinical decision-making.
