Effective Date: 27 October 2026
1. General Information
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the Exclusive Offer for Two promotion provided by Dentaprime UK PLC, trading as Dentaprime UK (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”, “we” or “us”).
1.2. The promotion applies to eligible dental examination appointments booked on or after 27 October 2026.
1.3. The promotion is available at:
Dentaprime UK
Cooperage Yard, Sugar House Island
London E15 2QR, United Kingdom.
1.4. Under this promotion, two individuals who book their dental examinations together are each entitled to a reduced examination deposit of £49.50 per patient, instead of the standard £99.
1.5. The total examination deposit payable for two patients is therefore £99, consisting of two individual deposits of £49.50.
1.6. Each patient receives an individual examination based on their own clinical needs and is subject to the terms applicable to their own appointment.
2. Eligibility and Joint Booking
2.1. The Exclusive Offer for Two is available where two patients arrange their dental examination bookings together under the same promotional booking request.
2.2. Both patients must be identified at the time of booking, and the Clinic must confirm that the Exclusive Offer for Two has been applied.
2.3. The two examinations do not need to take place on the same date or at the same time, provided both appointments are booked together and confirmed under this promotion.
2.4. Each patient must have an individual appointment and must independently satisfy the relevant clinical and administrative requirements.
2.5. Each patient is entitled to the promotional examination deposit of £49.50 only in respect of their own appointment.
2.6. The reduced deposit cannot be transferred from one patient to another without the Clinic’s prior agreement.
2.7. Participation in this promotion does not require either patient to proceed with dental treatment.
3. Promotional Deposit and Payment
3.1. A separate examination deposit of £49.50 is payable for each patient at the time of booking.
3.2. Both deposits must be paid to confirm the appointments under the Exclusive Offer for Two.
3.3. The payment may be made in a single transaction or separately, as agreed with the Clinic. In either case, the Clinic will record the £49.50 deposit against each individual patient’s booking.
3.4. The examination deposit secures the relevant appointment and covers the examination service described in Section 4.
3.5. Following completion of the examination, the £49.50 deposit is not automatically refundable.
3.6. If a patient decides not to proceed with dental treatment after completing their examination, that patient’s £49.50 deposit will not be refunded, subject to applicable statutory rights.
3.7. If a patient proceeds with treatment and signs a treatment agreement with the Clinic, their individual £49.50 examination deposit will be credited towards the price of the first stage of their own treatment.
3.8. The treatment decision of one patient does not affect the other patient’s entitlement to have their own deposit credited towards treatment.
3.9. The reduced examination deposit is not a discount on the separate treatment booking deposit and does not reduce any treatment booking deposit payable by the patient.
4. Scope of the Dental Examination
4.1. Each patient will receive an individual dental examination appropriate to their clinical condition.
4.2. The examination may include:
Review of relevant medical and dental history;
Clinical assessment of oral and dental health;
Diagnostic imaging, including panoramic X-rays and/or CBCT scans, where clinically justified;
Assessment of available treatment options;
Preparation of an individual treatment plan, where appropriate;
Explanation of relevant risks, alternatives and estimated treatment costs.
4.3. The exact scope of the examination will be determined by the treating clinician based on each patient’s individual clinical needs.
4.4. Diagnostic imaging will only be carried out where clinically justified and in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
4.5. Any additional investigations or services outside the scope of the examination will be explained and priced separately before they are provided.
4.6. The promotional examination deposit does not include the cost of subsequent dental treatment.
5. Credit Towards Treatment
5.1. If a patient decides to proceed with treatment and signs a treatment agreement with the Clinic, the £49.50 paid for their examination will be credited towards the agreed price of the first stage of that patient’s treatment.
5.2. The credit applies individually to each participating patient.
5.3. If both patients proceed with treatment, each patient will receive their own £49.50 credit towards their respective first-stage treatment price.
5.4. If only one patient proceeds with treatment, the credit will apply only to that patient’s treatment.
5.5. Where a patient does not proceed with treatment after completing the examination, their £49.50 examination deposit will remain payable and will not be refunded solely because treatment has been declined.
5.6. A patient’s examination deposit cannot be transferred to the other patient’s treatment account or used to pay for the other patient’s dental treatment.
5.7. Any separate treatment booking deposit remains payable in full under the applicable treatment booking and payment arrangements.
5.8. The examination deposit will be credited only once and will be recorded in the patient’s treatment documentation and payment records.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
6.1. Each patient may cancel or reschedule their own appointment independently of the other patient.
6.2. Where at least three business days’ notice is provided before the scheduled appointment, the relevant patient may request:
Rescheduling of their examination without an additional booking charge; or
A refund of their individual £49.50 examination deposit.
6.3. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. The appointment date itself is not included when calculating the notice period.
6.4. Where a patient cancels with less than three business days’ notice or fails to attend their appointment, the Clinic may retain an appropriate amount of their individual deposit to cover genuine losses caused by the cancellation or non-attendance.
6.5. Any amount retained must be fair and proportionate and must take account of reasonable steps taken by the Clinic to reduce its losses.
6.6. Cancellation or non-attendance by one patient will not automatically affect the other patient’s confirmed appointment or previously agreed promotional deposit.
6.7. Where one patient cannot attend, the remaining patient’s confirmed promotional terms will continue to apply unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
6.8. The Clinic will consider exceptional circumstances, including serious illness, medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen events.
6.9. If the Clinic cancels an appointment, the affected patient will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of their individual deposit.
6.10. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights that may apply, including rights relating to contracts concluded online or by telephone.
7. Independent Treatment Decisions
7.1. Each patient receives an individual clinical assessment and is free to make their own decision about any proposed dental treatment.
7.2. Neither patient is required to commence treatment in order for the other patient to benefit from the promotional examination deposit.
7.3. The Clinic will provide each patient with an individual treatment recommendation and estimated treatment costs, where appropriate.
7.4. There is no obligation for either patient to proceed with treatment following their examination.
7.5. A patient’s decision not to proceed with treatment will not affect the other patient’s eligibility for the £49.50 treatment credit.
8. Treatment Booking and Additional Payments
8.1. Any treatment recommended following the examination will be subject to a separate treatment agreement and payment arrangements.
8.2. Where a treatment booking deposit of £299 applies, this amount must be paid in full.
8.3. The £49.50 examination deposit cannot be used to reduce the £299 treatment booking deposit at the time of payment.
8.4. Upon signing the treatment agreement, the £49.50 examination deposit will be credited towards the price of the first stage of treatment.
8.5. The separate treatment booking deposit will be accounted for in accordance with the treatment agreement and the Clinic’s applicable payment conditions.
8.6. All relevant deposits, credits and treatment charges will be clearly recorded against the individual patient.
9. Promotional Conditions and Restrictions
9.1. The Exclusive Offer for Two applies only where two eligible patients book their examinations together and the promotion is confirmed by the Clinic.
9.2. The promotion cannot be combined with another examination deposit discount or promotional examination offer unless expressly agreed by the Clinic.
9.3. Each patient may use the promotion once in respect of the appointments booked under the relevant promotional booking.
9.4. The Clinic may amend or withdraw the promotion for future bookings.
9.5. Any amendment or withdrawal will not retrospectively affect appointments already confirmed under the promotion.
9.6. The reduced deposit does not guarantee eligibility for dental implants, surgery or any particular treatment.
10. Diagnostic Records and Data Protection
10.1. Each patient’s clinical records and diagnostic imaging will be maintained individually.
10.2. The Clinic will process personal and health information in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.3. Participation in a joint promotional booking does not authorise disclosure of one patient’s medical information or treatment details to the other patient.
10.4. Each patient may exercise their statutory data protection rights independently.
10.5. Statutory subject access requests will normally be handled without charge, except where a fee is permitted by law.

11.2. Appointments confirmed under a previous version of the Exclusive Benefit for Two promotion before that date remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of their original booking.
11.3. Previously acquired contractual rights, including any applicable refund entitlement, will not be retrospectively removed or reduced.
11.4. Any new promotional booking made on or after 27 October 2026 will be governed by this updated version.

13.2. Updated terms will apply prospectively to new promotional bookings made after the relevant effective date.
13.3. Existing confirmed bookings will remain subject to the contractual terms applicable at the time of confirmation, unless any change is expressly agreed with the affected patient and is legally permissible.
